Abstract:
The multiple crises of the period 2008-2012 increased the uncertainties and asymmetries on the labour market which were generated by the technological progress that triggered the undergoing gradual change of the entire economy. Jobless recovery may be associated with regional or national economic factors and with the specifics of the local market.
